Dalmore 1978 Sherry Finesse Single Malt Scotch Whisky, 70cl, 46% ABV

Distilled in 1978 and aged for over 30 years, this limited edition of Dalmore Scotch Whisky was finished in Gonzalez Byass sherry casks before being bottled in 2011, resulting in only 477 bottles being produced.

The Dalmore Distillery is located in Alness, which is 20 miles North of Inverness. It sits on the banks of the Cromarty Firth overlooking the Black Isle, the "big meadowland", from which it takes its name.
