Littlemill 31 year old Cadenhead's sherry cask lowland single malt whisky matured in an oak cask.

Distilled 1991, bottled Winter 2022. One of 192 bottles.

Littlemill was closed in 1992 and ravaged by fire in 2004 (when it closed its stills went to Loch Lomond). More recently, the whisky within this bottle was produced, which demonstrates light fruity notes early on before the dram evolves a thicker, fuller texture.
