Kilchoman 2011 Sauternes Cask Finish Single Malt Scotch Whisky, 70cl, 50% ABV

Release in 2016 from Islay's Kilchoman distillery, initially matured in bourbon barrels before being moved over to casks that previously held Sauternes wine. Within these sweet wine casks the whisky rests for a five months before being bottled at 50% ABV. Distilled 2011, bottled 2016.
