A very special single cask bottling from this Orkney distillery. Bottled to celebrate the visit of Maxxium Uk at a cask strength of 50.5%. Presented in a wooden case in a numbered bottle.
Bottled from a Sherry Hogshead #8421 - filled on the 18th October 1980 - was then bottled a few months later on the company's 21st birthday 18th October 2001. 
One of only 252 bottles.

Highland Park distillery is based in Kirkwall, Orkney and is the most northern distillery in Scotland.
