This 1991 20-year-old from the Dalmore Constellation collection is a superb dram. This forms part of the collection that brings together the distillery’s vintages from 1964 – 1992. Beginning its life in an American white oak ex-bourbon cask, the spirit developed its character over 17 long years before being transferred into Amoroso oloroso sherry butts for its final flourish. It stayed there for a further three years teasing out intriguing flavours such as coconut, maple syrup and tangy liquorice.
