Daftmill 2010 Single Bourbon Cask #76 The Whisky Exchange Single Malt Scotch Whisky, 70cl, 59.1% ABV

This Daftmill single malt was made in collaboration with The Whisky Excahnge. They chose cask 076/2010, a ex-Bourbon Barrel, for the whisky to mature in. It was distilled on the 2010 and bottled 2023. Only 229 bottles were released.

Daftmill is a family farm distillery in the Scottish Lowlands. It was founded by the brothers Francis and Ian Cuthbert in 2005, when they turned the farm’s old mill buildings into a distillery.
