Waterford Ballykilcavan Edition 1.1 Single Malt Irish Whiskey, 70cl, 50% ABV

The first release of Irish whiskey brand Waterford is the Ballykilcavan edition 1.1 which has a maturation cask composite of 45% first-fill American oak, 28% French oak and 27% ex Vin Doux Naturel fortified wine casks. The result is a typically Irish whiskey with layers of redcurrents and fresh cut grass, with a little cinnamon spice poking through.
