A deluxe version of Mackmyra Brukswhisky, DLX has been matured in a combination of bourbon, sherry and virgin Swedish oak casks. Aromas of sweet vanilla, caramel, honey, chocolate, warm toast, oak and tobacco leaves fill the nose, alongside hints of white pepper, pears, raisins and citrus. The palate offers notes of buttery vanilla, juicy pears, oranges, mixed herbs, anise, pepper, peat and juniper throughout the palate.
